About Me

My name is William Korte. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a degree in public relations in 2015. I returned to USF in 2017 to pursue a masters degree. In 2018 I graduated with my masters in media studies and did my thesis on the Deepwater Horizon and Image Repair Theory and how it impacted inshore charter guides in Tampa Bay.

I created this blog to share my passion for fishing and the outdoors with the world. This quote by the famous American author Zane Grey pretty much sums me up, “If I fished only to capture fish, my fishing trips would have ended long ago.”
